We ship our packages using USPS First Class postage and you should receive your package in 3-5 business days. Once your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package to your door. Unfortunately, we don’t ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, or the Northern Mariana Islands at this time.
If your tracking number indicates your order has been delivered to the address provided and you have not received your order, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
If you live in an apartment with a common mailroom, please consider shipping your package to an alternate address to minimize the risk of theft. We do not reship orders that have been tracked and delivered to the provided address.
Please double check that the shipping address you entered is correct. We do not refund or replace items that have been shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice you have entered your address incorrectly, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to get it changed within our system before it ships but cannot guarantee this.
It takes time to get your body’s natural microbiome in balance. However, if Kinkō isn’t performing as you would hope, we would love to hear from you! We will gladly refund the purchase price of one opened item from your first purchase within the first 30 days, minus the $5 cost of return shipping and handling. Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded. Your return must be processed with our company-issued return shipping label to ensure proper tracking and processing of your return.
Keep in mind that Kinkō is a personal care item, so before you purchase multiple units, understand we do not offer refunds on multiple opened containers.
For multiple units purchased, we will refund the cost of one opened container and any unopened containers that are able to be restocked within the first 30 days of your first purchase, minus the cost of return shipping, which is $5 for your first item plus $1 for each additional item.
For bundles of products discounted for group purchase, you will be refunded the discounted purchase price of the units you wish to return. Your refund will be issued to reflect the full purchase price of the product you are retaining, minus the cost of return shipping which is $5 for the first item and $1 for each additional item.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
By signing up for the Subscription Services in order to receive a subscription (“Subscription”) for any of our Products, you agree and acknowledge that your Subscription has a recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges incurred prior to cancellation of your subscription. UNLESS YOU OPT OUT OF THE SUBSCRIPTION, YOU WILL BE CHARGED ON A RECURRING BASIS, IN ADVANCE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DELIVERY SCHEDULE YOU SELECTED WITH YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION (RECEIPT OF WHICH IS CONFIRMED BY US). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT KINKO WILL NOT OBTAIN ANY ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU FOR THESE RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION FEES. EVERY TIME THAT YOU RECEIVE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS, YOU RE-AFFIRM THAT KINKO IS AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD AND TO HAVE THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES APPLIED TO SAME. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE TO BE CHARGED ON A RECURRING BASIS, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR PAID SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE END OF THE APPLICABLE RECURRING PERIOD. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, KINKO WILL NOT REFUND ANY FEES THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE ONLY FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO ADDRESSES IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. DISCOUNT CODES MAY NOT BE APPLIED TO ORDERS CONTAINING SUBSCRIPTIONS.
